Welcome to The Havelock Hotel website. The Havelock is a pub with rooms located by the seaside in the popular tourist town of Nairn. Owned by Nairn locals, Gordon and Morag Holding, since August 2015, it has a welcoming, informal atmosphere.
The Havelock has wonderful views over the Moray Firth and takes full advantage of its position with a large outside decking area, perfect for enjoying a drink on a summer evening.
SCOTTISH PUB WITH ROOMS
The Havelock is a typical Scottish "pub with rooms" with five comfortable well-equipped en suite bedrooms. All bedrooms were fully refurbished in January 2016. Decor has a light and airy sea-side feel. Rooms are sold on a "room only" basis. However, there is the option to purchase breakfast served at our sister hotel (Braeval Hotel) two doors along from the Havelock. Alternatively, a "Grab 'n' Go" take-away breakfast is available to purchase.
The Havelock does not serve food.
The Public Bar is popular with locals who drop by for a game of pool, televised sports and the Tuesday Pub Quiz. There’s a good range of lagers, beers and bottled ales along with an interesting selection of gins, whiskies and cocktails.
The Havelock is easy to find. It overlooks Nairn's Central Beach and the open grass area known as "The Links". It is 2 minustes walk from the town centre and a short distance from the Bus and Train Stations.
