The Havelock is a historically listed Victorian building converted to a beach hotel offering B&B accommodation. It has five comfortable, spacious en suite bedrooms. Decor has a light and airy sea-side feel. The hotel has single room, twin rooms, double room and family room. All have en suite bathrooms except the single room which has an en suite shower room. Double Room

Twin Rooms

two UK standard size single beds with en suite bathroom available on a bed and breakfast or room only basis. Twin rooms are affected by noise from the bar during live music and karaoke events. Please contact us in advance if this is an issue and we will allocate a quiet room if available.

Single Room

one UK standard size single bed with en suite shower room available on a bed and breakfast or room only basis.

Triple Room

three UK standard size single beds with en suite bathroom available on a bed and breakfast or room only basis.

Large bathroom. All rooms have baths except the single room

En-Suite

All rooms are en-suite with baths except
the single room which has an en suite shower room. All are available on a bed and breakfast or room only basis.

Firth. We're minutes from the beach. Ideal for a beach holiday.

RATES FOR CHILDREN
Children under 5 years of age may stay sharing bed with adult/guardian free of charge. Please note that we do not permit children under the age of 15 years to occupy rooms without adult/guardian supervision.

ROOM ONLY OR FULL BREAKFAST INCLUDED
Rooms can be booked on a Room Only basis (excludes breakfast) or with Breakfast Included. Full Scottish breakfast is cooked to order using high quality ingredients . (See full menu on Food page) Breakfast is served 8 - 9.30 am daily (or earlier by arrangement.) Please see room descriptions for details of room facilities.

PAYMENT
Accounts must be settled in advance or on arrival at the hotel.

NO PETS
We do not allow pets in the bedrooms.

NO NIGHT PORTER
We do not have a Night Porter service so latest check in is 11pm. We are also unable to serve residents after normal bar hours as we have no Night Porter on duty.

DISABLED ACCESS
Unfortunately, all our rooms are located on the first floor and do not have disabled access facilities. There is no lift in the hotel.

PRIVATE PARKING:
We have a private car park which can accommodate six cars. Parking is on a first come first served basis. There is no charge for parking. Vehicles are left in our car park at owners risk. There is also free on street parking all around the hotel. There is also a large open air car park to the rear of the hotel where parking fee is voluntary with proceeds going to local community programs. **NB Our car park is currently unavailable due to building works during September - November 2024*

Check in time is 4pm unless by prior arrangement.
